Pidpa – general overview

Pidpa and water, a perfect match. Being one of the biggest flemish watercompanies we provide almost 500.000 customers or more than 1.000.000 inhabitants of the province of Antwerp with tasteful and pure drinking water at home and this 24 hours a day, every single day.

Day after day our staff devotes it’s energy to the purification of ground water into drinking water.  Luckily there is no shortage of this raw material in our region.  Turning this water into water convenient for your daily use requires a specific technology.

That’s what we do : every day again we make water; more than 175 million liters of water.  On top of that you do get this necessity of life -and at the same time excellent drink to stop your thirstiness- at a very modest rate.  Additionally we do deliver this pure water to your home, without interruption nor loss of quality.  Pidpa has the disposal of an extensive infrastructure: 62 water towers, 27 force up-stations and an distribution network of more than 12.000 kilometres.  All of these are links of our distribution-chain we continously maintain, renovate and expand.
